This meeting was chaired by YB Dato 'Dr. Razali bin Ab Malik, State Secretary, Negeri Sembilan and attended by all involved namely district officers, representatives from the District Office, representatives from security agencies such as the Royal Malaysian Police, Malaysian Armed Forces, Malaysian Immigration Department, Negeri Sembilan, representatives from Social Welfare Department, Negeri Sembilan, representative from Negeri Sembilan Information Department as well as several other agencies.
